Cabinet Secretary Ministry of Labour and Social Protection Dr. Alfred Mutua held a productive and impactful meeting with representatives from the Private Security Industry Associations.

In the meeting, they discussed :

• Enhancing protective security services and improving labour modalities within the sector.

• Strategies to improve working conditions for both employees and employers.

• Expediting the formation of a Security Wage Council and harmonizing a working document to guide the private security industry, particularly in matters of labour relations.

It was a very fruitful meeting that will lead to significant positive changes for the sector a crucial step towards strengthening security standards across the board.

In attendance were Protection Security Industry Association (PSIA) Chairman Cosmas Mutava, Protection and Safety Association of Kenya (PROSAK) Chairman Dr. Enock Makanga, and other Senior officials.
